POLICIES

To ensure the best experience for all clients and to maintain scheduling integrity, the following policies are strictly enforced.

Appointments

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time to ensure your full service can be completed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments at the time of booking.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the reserved service.

No call, no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Clients with a history of no call, no-show appointments will be required to place a non-refundable deposit for all future bookings, regardless of prior client status.

This policy is in place to protect reserved appointment times and ensure availability for all clients.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their service shortened to accommodate the next scheduled appointment.

Arrivals more than 10 to 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment and may be subject to a fee.

Children Policy

For safety, sanitation, and to maintain a relaxing environment, children are not permitted in treatment areas.

Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment, as services may need to be rescheduled if this policy is not followed.

Refund Policy

All services are non refundable.

By booking a service, you are paying for time, expertise, and customized treatment. Results may vary based on individual factors including skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Permanent Makeup and Fine Line Tattoo Services

Permanent makeup and fine line tattooing are multi step processes. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.

Results vary based on skin type, previous work, healing process, and aftercare.

Color correction and pigment lightening services may require a series of treatments before new work can be performed.

Final healed results cannot be guaranteed.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and skin sensitivities prior to treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect results and may result in refusal of service.

Right to Refuse Service

Radiance and Precision Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any client if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the best interest of the client.

Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
